Singing Bowl Meditation

This program promotes stress relief, relaxation, and restoration. Using breathing exercises, drumming, singing bowls, and mantra meditation, learn to transcend daily stress. Great way to rejuvenate after class or work.

Sound Immersion

Engaging programs meant to foster a variety of new and different experiences, all with a foundation in integrative sound.  Participants create percussion instruments (like rattles) using common household items, have playful drum circles, go on nature walks, do creative writing exercises, and more.

Sound Circle

This interactive three-part program gradually brings participants from a lively state into a deeply relaxed one. We progress from a drum circle (using all different kinds of percussion instruments), to a partnered sound bath exercise, and finish with a calming singing bowl meditation. Please bring your own percussion instruments if possible, otherwise instruments are provided.
